
Bassett Visitors Center is located in downtown Bassett in the historic Bassett Lodge. Information/location of local businesses, dining, lodging and recreation is available.

Bassett City Park features a swimming pool, picnic shelters, and playground equipment. Camper hookups are adjacent to the bandshell and in the Rock County Fairgrounds. Restroom facilities, with showers, are available as well as a sewer dump. No reservations are taken and no fees are charged. Donations are accepted. Bassett Recreation Area features a catch and release fishing ponds stocked with blue gill, bass, crappe, and perch; public shooting range; and two baseball diamonds. Primative camping is allowed near pond. No open fires.
Bassett Country Club, located west of Bassett on W Highway 20, has a watered 9-hole golf course, driving range, practice putting green and sand volleyball court. Visitors are welcome and carts are available for rent. For more information, call (402) 684-3449.
West City Park has a tennis and basketball court as well as restrooms.

Memory Lane Park, in downtown Bassett, features a boardwalk in remembrance of many of Bassett’s residents.
Cowboy Trail Park is adjacent to the Cowboy Trail in downtown Bassett. For all bikers using the trail, public restrooms with showers are located across the street from the park in the Creamery Building..
The Rock County Historical Museum, located at the fairgrounds in Bassett on W. Highway 20, displays the heritage of Rock County. Exhibits include a pioneer home, the Cosgrove school house, St. Michael Catholic Church, and Chicago and Northwestern Depot with railroad artifacts including a caboose.
